WaterboardingWaterboarding involves throwing a constant stream of water on the face of the victim. It quickly invokes gag reaction and the victim feels as if he is going to die. Human brain can survive oxygen deprivation for less than 4 minutes. If the oxygen supply is stopped for 4 minutes or more, the brain suffers permanent damage.
