Which Biggest Loser Winner Gained All the Weight BackIt is not weight loss but a “life loss”. Ryan Johnson revealed his story of weight loss which comprised dangerous tricks and every body who heard him felt uncomfortable that it was not a weight loss but an “infliction” to body just to win the competition. He told that he started to starve ten days before the final weighing day. He used “master cleansing” to lose many pounds. He told that in an obsession to win the contest, he didn’t take even single fragment of solid food. He used lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. The rules of the contest provided that no contestant could use any drugs, and certainly he didn’t take any drugs, but what he did , it had the same detrimental of “unnatural” squeezing of the body. He then “stitched” his mouth for twenty four hours before the final weighing stage. He didn’t stop here and used some other techniques to dehydrate himself. He used rubber costume during jogging and spent many hours on steaming himself.
He reduced 10-13 lbs of “water” (not fats) from his body. He disclosed that as the final stage came, he was urinating blood. Although there were penalties on anyone who violates the rule which says that no one could “dehydrate” himself intentionally. After the show, he has regained the weight what he lost during “master cleansing” and dehydration. His violation of the rule couldn’t be checked by the producer by that time. He has gained the weight by just drinking water. He told that the type of weight loss he demonstrated is not the right way and can’t be sustained permanently because of depression and other possible dangers.
